	Gene Hess, CPA Gene has over 30 years of experience in tax and accounting services. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant. Professionally, she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds membership in the National Association of Tax Practitioners and the National Society of Tax Professionals. Gene, also is an active member of the Rotary Club of Baldwin Park. She currently serves as the treasurer and a board member. Gene and her husband Bill (below) are residents of Baldwin Park in Orlando, Florida.

	Bill Hess, E.A. Bill has over 30 years in tax and accounting services experience, he is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and has a Masters Degree from Truman State University. Enrolled as an Agent to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Bill is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.Bill is a member of the British-American Chamber,Business Connections of Central Florida, and Central Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association. Bill and his wife Gene (above) are residents of Baldwin Park in Orlando, Florida.

	Jennifer Hess Neiswander, E.A. Jennifer is a graduate of Florida State University. She is Enrolled as an Agent to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Jennifer joined the firm in 1996, with a concentration on financial accounting for individuals and businesses. She is the director of the firm’s International Services practice where she provides international clients with IRS tax filings and compliance. Jennifer is an active member of the Central Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association. Jennifer and her husband, Curtis, have two sons and are residents of Baldwin Park in Orlando, Florida.

	Alicia Alfaro Alicia is a graduate of the Sacred Heart University where her concentration was on business administration. Alicia joined Hess & Hess CPA's, P.A. in 2002 and is a senior accountant for the firm. Her concentration at the firm centers on financial accounting for businesses and management of client accounts. Alicia is fluent in the Spanish language providing convenience to our Spanish speaking clients. She and her husband Jorge have a daughter and reside in Oviedo, Florida.

	Erin Spring Erin graduated from Kutztown University, in Pennsylvania with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. Prior to joining the firm, Erin spent six years in the performing administrative and business activities in retail. She joined the practice in 2006 and serves as a staff accountant for the firm. Her responsibilities include financial accounting for business clients. Erin enjoys traveling, making jewelry and water sports. She resides in Orlando, Florida.
